Pressing Pause for the Week

I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m still around and layin’ the smack down to flab, but I will probably not get a new post out this week.  I do plan on releasing a new podcast and having a few new blog posts soon though, so keep checking back (or you could just subscribe to the RSS feeds)
