Dr. Wansink wrote the book &quot;Mindless Eating, Why We Eat More Than We Think&quot; with his 20+ years of research and was a main contributor to the 100 calorie snack pack.  The book includes fun and entertaining experiments like watching people eat 5 day old stale popcorn until it was gone - just because it was free and in front of them.  The book is a great read.  It&#039;s very funny and entertaining and will make you unbelievably aware of your own eating habits called “eating scripts.”The book was the premise of two (2) sites endorsed by Dr. Wansink:  www.mindlessproducts.com and www.mindlessmethod.com.
